What does ConnectiO CS do?
It drafts policy-aware replies, a product-page notice, and a refund defense from the customer’s message, and it flags risky wording before you send.
How does billing work?
Free is $0 and includes 3 generations per day. PRO is $9, billed monthly, with 200 generations per day. A yearly plan is not available.
How do I cancel?
Open Pricing while signed in on PRO and choose Manage subscription. PRO stays active until the end of the current period, then the account returns to Free. You are not charged again.
What is the refund policy?
See the Refunds page. Payments are processed by Paddle, the merchant of record. Email support@connectio.work if you were charged in error or could not use the service.
