ConnectiO processes personal information only as needed to provide the CS service.

What we collect

We process account email, sign-in identifiers, plan and usage counts, and support messages. ConnectiO does not store card numbers or other payment credentials; Paddle processes those.

Why we use it

We use it to provide accounts, apply plans, generate reply drafts, support customers, and prevent abuse. Inquiry text and generated drafts are not used for other purposes. They are deleted immediately after processing or kept only for the minimum period operations require.

Retention and your rights

Account information is deleted when you close the account or request deletion, except where the law requires us to keep it. To access, correct, delete, or restrict processing, email support@connectio.work.
