Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers refunds and cancellation for the ConnectiO CS subscription (PRO). Current prices and billing periods are shown on /cs/pricing.

7-day full refund available for unused services.

Full refund

7-day full refund available for unused services. A full refund is available within 7 days of payment when the subscription has not been used.

When the service has been used

If you have used PRO generation after payment, or if more than 7 days have passed since payment, that billing period is not refunded. Cancellation stops the next charge, and access continues until the end of the period already paid.

How to request

Email support@connectio.work from the address used for payment and describe the request. After we confirm eligibility, the refund is issued through Paddle, our payment provider.
