By using ConnectiO (connectio.work) CS services (CS Defender), you agree to these terms.

Service

ConnectiO provides a subscription service that drafts customer-service replies from the inquiry you submit. You are responsible for the message you send and for its outcome.

Accounts and use

Accounts are created with your own email. Automated bulk generation, use of another person's account, or unlawful use may be restricted.

Fees and billing

Prices, billing period, and included features for the free plan and the PRO subscription are those shown on /cs/pricing. PRO is billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed by Paddle.

Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time. A cancellation that does not qualify for a refund stays in effect until the end of the period already paid. Refund conditions are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
